Human Resources Generalist
Current• Consult with hiring managers throughout recruitment cycle to support the process• Process background, reference and employment verification checks to meet compliance requirements• Coordinate onboarding and conduct orientation for all new hires• Process new hire benefit enrollments and benefit disenrollment of terminated employees• Manage data in ADP Workforce Now HRIS by entering/updating employee information • Support and educate employees with questions about company policies, benefits and procedures• Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets to ensure HR compliance with state and federal requirements
