Kaoru is a student from Curtin University of Technology studying a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Japanese - Majoring in International Business and Japanese language, cultural studies and Business practices.Kaoru has recently been employed by Metal Manufacturer's Electrical Murchandising in Western Australia and is proactively taking advantage of resources available to him in a rich environment to further his interpersonal skills in team leadership and business management. Kaoru aspires to maximise his tenure at MMEM by quickly navigating and progressing through the hierarchy in his store to manager in order to understand the finer inner-workings and responsibilities of managerial roles in highly group-task oriented environments.
