Three times entrepreneur engaged in promoting entrepreneurship and supporting female entrepreneurs in Morocco. FAL accompanied the creation and development several companies as an international consultant and an international journalist supporting the African media in Europe. One of the founders of the female entrepreneurship Association in the north of Morocco, she helped create and operate several entrepreneurial development programs in Morocco and abroad. She has been advisor to several chambers of commerce in Morocco and Abroad and Director of the ESC-Tétouan the institute on the chamber of commerce. Kaoutar FAL is well known as the President of the International Organization of African Medias in Brussels , the Australian-Arab chamber in North Africa, former Ambassador of the observatory of media and parallel diplomacy, Ambassador of the GNO" Live Egypt" under the patronage of arab league and under the presidency of the state of Egypt. Kaoutar does her best to empower the position of the African woman in several sectors. She is also known as active journalist, she interviewed many presidents and such as chef of Gouvernement such as Zapatero (José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero-Spain), (dominique de villepin- France), she also addressed the nowadays topics and analysis of critical issues and publishes reports, according to their importance they were published in the cover of European magazines such as Yambola, le relais. She was promoted as General Director of «le Relais Magazine-Brussels" MENA region. In 2014, FAL founded and directed FAL’s Consulting® a consultancy company combining strategic expertise and lobbing with immediate action to assist international institutions such as chamber of commerce, investors and companies aiming to save time and money to reach the expectable result throughout their implantation at the Moroccan and African Market.
