My Job Roles & Responsibility &Skills.Monitoring of ground handler in the warehouse and providing them necessary performance reports in order to complete their task.* Ground handling of agents, Executives, Transportforwarders & agents.* Ensuring efficient hand over processes of shipments ,paperwork & documentation process.*Communicating daily working process & procedures to Team.* Daily Conduction working process review with Team memeber.* Organising appropriate shifts and manning levels to meet business requirements.* Ensuring the incoming shipments are propey received , break bulked, inspecting it clearly in most efficient manner.* Managing receipt and lodgement of outbound shipments from Destination Center to Origin Center and ensure timely departure and uplift of Operations.* Ensuring accurate sorting and optimum loading of all inbound & outbound shipments with in the shift.* Developing a high performance service culture within the department.Planing , organizing, directing and Controlling of Operation of functional department efficient and effectively.* Assisting Team for achieving performance and meeting their targets.* Identifying the Problems with in the process acts as a problem Shooter for smooth flow of ops.* Managing the allocation of appropriate resources to the staff in order to achieve objectives and targets.* Ensuring safety working practices at environment within the shift. Participating in gateway quality policy and initiatives.* ldentifying training needs and opportunities with in the Team developing a highly skilled functional department•customer service•people management•problem Shooting
