“I am Kevin, I am the result of a long learning process by which my personality has been shaped by the experiences, skills, emotions, desires and values ​​that I have learned and developed throughout my life…”These were the first paragraphs of my answer a few years ago for an assignment at my university where we were asked to write an autobiography that answered the question - Who am I? At that moment of reflection I felt proud of the goals I had achieved up to that point of my life and now I understand why I wanted to include it in this profile summary; I wanted to discover what I have achieved from that moment until now and how I have improved in various aspects of my life.One of the aspects that has impacted me the most is how, through effort, resilience, sympathy and reasoning, I have managed to fulfill my goal of working with people from various parts of the world in companies focused on new technologies that are evolving so fast. Being able to grow in my current role as a network operation center engineer collaborating with various teams around the world, focusing on providing excellent customer service while discovering and learning about new and different technologies, seeking a sense of fulfillment in achieving these and more daily goals makes me feel proud of myself by being able to keep adding more and more details that can complement the answer to the initial question - Who am I?
