Also, extensively worked with the Sales & Marketing team to define the product strategy, release plan and industry specific demands. IT services includes delivery, pre-sales, solutioning & architecture design and people management. Apart from core delivery, the focus has also been on competency building, aligning teams to company goals and financial/ budget management.
