I m working in Kmt ltd jalgaon.a spring manufacturing company as qc inspector. where my role is to supervise the workers. to give input parameters to operator. through which spring coiled as per customer specification.Ccoordinates with qa,ppc,development department.To manage wip...and material movement to final inspection stage within target delivery time to customer.Works at MACE,IATF,LEAN AuditI have a very good command on 4M.I have developed the procedure for 4m in our company.Have a good knowledge of MSA,PROCESS CAPABILITY,CONTROL PLAN,SETUP, FIRSTOFFRejection data analysis.
