 As a Sr. Zone Manager having a responsibility of complete range of cosmetic products of Delhi location with leading a team of IZM along with 4500 leaders & representatives (distributors). Manage overall sales & profitability of the Area/Location. Developing and motivating the team to achieve higher levels of performance and ensuring growth year on year. To meet expected sales target consistently. Monitoring the performance of IZM and leaders to ensure the efficiency in sales operation and meeting individual and group targets. To facilitate training, monitor on the development, and give the feedback on the performance of the Leaders. To review performance of the IZM and leaders regularly. Regular presentations on new product launch, mall activity, reward and recognition, product work shop etc. Leading, training & monitoring the performance of Leaders to achieve their target comfortably. Making positive relationship with the Leaders and team management and analyzing various strategies in future options. Planning, executing, controlling and coordinating the implementation of the sales plan to ensure that the assigned sales targets are met. Implementing innovative ideas through team work to boost overall business efficiency and capitalize on new opportunities for growth of business as well as company.
