Finance & accounting professional, with 28 years of rich experience in spearheading new pursuits, developed several innovative solutions leveraging Artificial intelligence and Data led approach, managed large client operations , program management, data & tech transformation and controllership. I am six sigma certified and currently working as solution leader in consumer goods, retail, HMS , Life science and healthcare space. In my current role, I am responsible for pre sales client management and creating enterprise solutions for finance & accounting, procurement and technology streams powered by data and tech.Have also lead various client relationships as Global Operating Leader at Genpact, managing client operations & relationship for CPG and life sciences clients with a span of 600+ employees. Started my career with Citibank managing equity investments portfolios, followed by other stints at Siemens, Pfizer, Microsoft managing F&A controllership and now at Genpact for past 20 years. Of my total work experience, have spent 15 years into financial controllership with an international stint in London as a finance controller for US and UK and now heading solutions for EU/UK based out of London.In my Current role, I am responsible for managing medium to large deals pursuits, develping solution strategy , translating it into an innovation solution leveraging data and tech, leading design assessment workshops, commercial negotiations and contracting. I manage enterprise level deals with strong focus on finance & accounting and procurement and other emerging domains across all major industry verticals. My experience in controllership and client operations have significantly contributed to the success in my current role. My focus is to improve business processes for the clients resulting in operational excellence though automation, data analytics and risk management.
