I am looking for utility services that like to provide availability of raw water, treated water, compressed air (high pressure and low pressure).Also responsible for maintenance, spare availability for Utility equipment like screw compressor, reciprocating compressor, roots blower, screw blower, water pumps, cooling tower and compressed air & water distribution pipe lines.Conducting energy saving audits like pressure drop analysis, leak detection on compressed air networks and perform efficiency tests on the compressor on a regular basis to optimise the maximum power.To avail the compressed air at low cost and minimise the leakages in the pipe line.To Monitor the spare cost reduction by maximum utilisation of spares and maintain the spare availablity.

I started my journey as a Management training and got promoted Senior Service Engineer in my tenure in Atlas Copco.I was responsible for Airscan Audits on compressors & dryers, Installation, Commissioning and AMC services for air compressors, desiccant type air dryers (heatless and zero purge type), refrigerant type air dryers etc.

My job is to ensure duties given below:-• Daily planning and execution of 5S activities.• Draw & Implications on pneumatic and hydraulic circuits as per application.• Draw and Interpret Mechanical Drawings on AutoCAD.• Daily check points for predictive maintenance for machines like mixing roll, Ply Train Machine, Belt Machine, Bead Machine, Auto Butt Machine, 4-Roll Calendar Machine etc..• Perform Preventive Maintenance on regular basis in Cutting, Calendar & Extruding Section.• Repairing, assemble & installation all type of pneumatic & hydraulic equipments like Cylinders, Brakes, Clutches, Air Motors, FRL etc.• Audit documentation for OHSAS, ISO, ISO/ TS-16949, Maintenance Management System.
