As an Operations Manager at Wonder Home Finance, I oversee and manage the branch banking operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I work with a team of 10 staff members, providing them with training, guidance, and support. I also collaborate with the sales department, facilitating the loan processing and documentation for the clients.Prior to joining Wonder Home Finance in January 2023, I worked as an Operations Manager at BAJAJ HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED for over a year, and as a Sales Coordinator at Bajaj Finserv for 10 months. I have gained valuable skills and experience in operations management, sales operations, loan products, and customer service in the NBFC sector. I am currently pursuing a degree in Accounting and Finance from Uttrakhand board, Shri dev suman university uttrakhand, which will enhance my knowledge and qualifications for my career.
