DIRECTOR – PROJECT PROGRAM, STRATEGIC PLANNING & IMPLEMENTATIONIn my current role, I manage a diverse team of 125, having achieved 98% equipment availability for executing multimillion-worth road-building projects along 600 Km of Indo-China Border. In addition, I also guide the Project Chief Engineer in the management of vehicles, equipment, & plants, control budgets, and optimize resources.GENERAL MANAGER – PROJECT PROGRAM, IT OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATIONAs Program Manager for Weapon Training Simulators, I supervised a team of ~20 specialists in developing training simulators for weapon systems in the Indian Army. I was involved in project management activities, including requirement collection, planning, budgeting, risk analysis, stakeholder management & communication etc, and successfully delivered an array of projects developed using Waterfall/Agile/Scrum methodologies. SENIOR MANAGER – OPERATIONS, ADMINISTRATION & PROJECT PROGRAMWhile serving as a Battalion Commander, I commanded a multi-disciplinary team of 700+ and managed assets worth crores for 5 army workshops in 4 different locations within a state.
