I am currently serving as an Engineering Manager with a specialization in React Architecture, where I lead a team of Architects and Assistant Managers, encompassing both full-time personnel and vendor resource management. My responsibilities include the following:**Leadership:** Working as offshore product lead, handling escalations, overall delivery and managing overall offshore team and resources.I manage stakeholder relationships while collaborating directly with Product Managers and Directors of Product. I actively participate in all decisions regarding feature releases, addressing challenges and timelines.
