-Manage the planning, safe execution, and commissioning of approved Modifications and Small Projects (supporting 2 & 5 year sustaining capital planning) and deliver work on scope, schedule, cost and safety targets-Lead construction and commissioning activities for projects and manage relevant risks-Management of the annual capital program through preparing requests for sustaining capital expenditure required for asset integrity works, as well as planned changes/modifications to plant and equipment-Ensure that project studies and delivery meet the relevant BMA and Australian Standards-Actively investigate and implement safety, productivity, and cost initiatives across site
