With an eye for creativity, dedication and commitment, I have taken responsibility of projects from Master Planning, Architectural Design, Design Development and Documentation. While undertaking the project from concept inception to handover stage, I have taken independent decisions when required. Maintained communication and coordination with client not only for design and project progress but also for plotting and finalizing the agreement and maintaining billing account. I have been also responsible for management and coordination of various agencies involved in a project some times directing the complex choreography of chronologies of known design and construction activities.Over the span of 13 years my folio includes High and Low rise, High end / Affordable residential schemes, Mixed used Development, Individual Villas, Commercial office and IT buildings, Hotel and educational projects. I have also demonstrated skills during design development stage by providing excellent cost saving solutions in many projects. Till now I have the privileged to manage and mentor a team of 3 to 4 support staff. Even under pressure and tensed situation and heated arguments in coordination meetings, I have maintained calm and humorous attitude. Being able to liaise with people and also achieved a level of proficiency in several software.With honest and learning attitude, I have developed understanding of Aesthetics, Services and construction technologies. Striving for optimum design solutions in terms of creativity and aesthetics for developing utilitarian spaces had made me to be a key asset in any organization.
