I Worked in a Refugee Camp In 1971 in India, near Kolkotta, run by AMURT ( Ananda Marga Universal Relief Team ) Being responsible for sanitary installations for 30 00 Bangladesh Refugees.Since then I attended trainings in First Aid, Rescue & Heavy Rescue. Also helped organise various fundraising events for relief and welfare work.NOTE TO ALL DADAS & DIDIS : ( and anybody who's interested in raising funds for charity , social clubs etc. ) I have finally come accross THE perfect idea for fundraising. I'm very aware of the ongoing need to generate enough funds to support all our relif and welfare work and our educational projects etc. I've always thought it silly to have a garage sale or a cake stall to raise funds to assist in yet an other crisis situation or for all the positive , ongoing projects to help humanity. I've always felt that there must be smarter ways to achieve our aims by using our god given intelligence. Yes , I've finally found it !!! I have spent many years of my earlyer life as a Global Gypsy, spending time in many wonderful and exotic locations, meeting and learning about heaps of great people. Hopefully gained some wisdom. During that time and since then I tried my hand at many different occupations. I've always loved a challenge and often once I've gained some mastery in something, I could loose interest and look for something new to learn . With age and experiance I have now learned to prioritise my life and stick with whats important to me.
