 Preparation of Purchase Enquiries, Comparative Statements, Proposals and Purchase Orders through SAP Coordinating with the customers regarding price details. Negotiation against the Offer made by the Customers. Material forecasting Proper indent monitoring system, planning done accordingly  Vendor development & to get approved new vendors Prepare update and monitoring the failure in lining up all the material in time Maintain in proper layout of all material according to model & aggregates specification wise for easy tractability in yard for reducing the delivery time of our job.  Day to day Problem solving related to Material Management. Coordinating with the Production department to avoid Line Stoppage Coordinating with Finance department for Passing Bills and Supplier payment. Responsible for coordinating with various Manufacturing centers for production planning and distribution to our distributors and dealers
