- Cofounded Intel’s technology incubator and innovation accelerator for China & built it from the ground up, growing it into a multi-award winning engine of growth for the company. - Incubated 100+ innovations in areas of accelerated computing, AI, robotics, IOT, 5G, XR etc., launching 20+ new products and technologies for Intel in verticals such as genomics, consumer electronics, gaming, cloud, smart home and more. - Besides impacting revenue growth of hundreds of millions of dollars, built a sustained culture where new ideas were not only welcomed but actively sought, supported and turned into reality.

Led the architecture & design of purpose-built education products like Classmate PC, PlayBook & Content Access Point to democratize access to digital education in emerging markets.

Helping create an awareness about the emerging technologies that are on an exponential growth curve and how we could use these technologies to solve humanity's greatest challenges. Responsibilities include identifying interesting topics, finding the subject matter experts, organizing events, hackathons, publishing articles, mentoring young professionals & startups etc.

URBUNX was a startup and scale-up accelerator designed to enable African entrepreneurs to create sustainable solutions to urban challenges. In partnership with UN-Habitat and World Bank, we supported African founders through our knowledge, network & resources to scale their businesses rapidly & start making real impact.Our campaign received 650 applications from 18 countries in Africa. We accelerated 12 of them (spanning Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Ethiopia & Tanzania). Over the course of a month-long basecamp, we made 22 intros to startups with high-potential to turn into partnerships, helped them raise 3.3 MLN USD in funding while generating 201K USD in revenues during the program duration.

Set strategic direction for the Innovation channel of the company and help ensure that content and summits deliver maximum value.

In this role, I mentor startups created by students of National University of Singapore in Shanghai on a 9- month Entrepreneurship program where they spend a day per week at Fudan university taking classes and the rest of the week interning at an entrepreneurial organization (mostly top startups & accelerators in Shanghai).

As Product Design Manager, led multi-functional teams on design, engineering & manufacturing of products such as iPad, iPod, MacBook & iMac, spending extensive amounts of time at design studio in US and manufacturing facilities across Asia helping take products from concept stage all the way to mass production.

- As a Product Architect, designed and prototyped a variety of products, features and concepts working alongside a world-class team of visionary industrial designers, talented engineers & marketing professionals.- As an intern, created the very first design of multi-touch screen at Apple that later became the iPhone and de-facto mode of input on phones and tablets ever since.

Worked on design of the world’s longest particle accelerator at Stanford Linear Accelerator Center.Designed and built a telescope at Stanford’s Astrophysics lab that now sits at the south pole. Assisted in delivering classes on design & manufacturing at Stanford’s Manufacturing Modeling Lab.

As my first job out of school, joined the company in India as a graduate trainee engineer, moving within months to the US headquarters to lead an engineering team designing car interiors & seating systems.
