In my role as a Web Development Intern, I gained valuable experience working with both the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js) and PHP with the Laravel framework. My responsibilities included:Developing responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React, with a focus on creating a smooth and engaging user experience across devices.Building RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js to handle data flow between frontend and backend, ensuring efficient and secure communication.Working with MongoDB and MySQL databases to manage and store data, creating optimized data structures and performing CRUD operations.Contributing to PHP-based projects with Laravel, where I assisted in developing new features, managing database interactions, and creating secure user authentication systems.Utilizing Git for version control in a collaborative environment, participating in code reviews, and following agile methodologies to ensure timely project delivery.Debugging and troubleshooting issues in both MERN and Laravel projects, enhancing application performance and implementing feedback from stakeholders.Integrating third-party APIs, implementing role-based access controls, and optimizing backend processes for improved functionality and scalability.This internship allowed me to deepen my skills in both PHP/Laravel and the MERN stack, equipping me with a versatile foundation in full-stack development and real-world project experience that I look forward to building upon in future roles.
