Job Profile & Responsibilities: Delivering extensive customer support through face-to-face or telephone consultation.  Over seeing business activities of Audio Video Conferencing Hall solution, Auditorium, Centralized Music System in Hospitality and Education Sector. Design and implementation of various control of instruments like AC, Lighting, Curtain & Media Gadget. Boardroom, Conference room, Auditorium, Classroom Solution Good in planning, Designing, Implementation process in AV Automation infrastructure in commercial & residential project Direct & instruct technicians on installation of AV Automation, cabling and termination Developing and maintaining relation with Customers by solving their problems and addressing their requirements. Providing technical solution & service support to our onsite/offsite teams. Digital signage, video wall installation & programming Close coordination with Project Managers for preparation of mandate Single handedly installed AV equipment at client’s side Sound knowledge of Sound Control system and lighting inter-connectivity control principles Capable to read and design layout plans Proficient in MS Office, Auto Cad and Visio Knowledge of wiring termination methods. Occupancy sensors integration with lighting, Curtain & AC Multi zone audio system “TCS” IP video door phone intercom integration Security Surveillance Installation & Programming (CCTV, Access Control Systems, Time attendance system, PA systems, VMS Solution & Fire alarm Systems) Drafting and development of the project documentations. Designing new products and solutions based on client’s requirements & bridging the gap between customer requirement and existing product in the market by providing own technical expertise.
