I manage all IT and product development related activities for the company including 3 offshore engineering teams in India as well as a project management and training staff here in the U.S.Performed a massive engineering consolidation which improved time to market by 35 % as well as increased product quality and effectiveness.Introduced a client implementation schema that was used to streamline the implementation process. Worked exclusively in a .net 2005 environment since beta 1 designing, building, deploying and managing all aspects of the company’s software development. Managed a team of 7 developers\IT personnel which included on shore and off shore employees and contract workers.Designed and developed a fast and agile system framework which was specifically designed for payment processing software and is easily interpreted by integrating systems. The framework include but was not limited to the business base logic classes, data tier, job scheduling application, credit communication framework, database infrastructure, and exception management.Grew the application to meet the needs of a growing startup as the company attained its goal of positive earnings in record time.

Worked exclusively in a .net development environment building enterprise applications for the company’s insurance sector.Our system interfaced with a large document management system used for insurance document processing. Used analytics to cut down on verify ratios, document exceptions as well as provide reporting to upper management.Developed a large scale .net windows based system using C# with a SQL Server backend.Created my own highly extensible development framework which included an XML based data layer, business logic layer, security management, and exception management layer.Utilized web services in the application to allow this application to be used across all sites of the company which include Pittsburgh PA, Chandler AZ, Fort Worth TX in addition to the southern California area.
