Many of life’s failures are people who did not realise how close they were to success when they gave up – Thomas Edison Over the last 18 years, I've launched as well as re-positioned brands, set up new business verticals and led cross functional teams on challenging projects - and across all of these experiences, the above mantra has been my driving force. I've seen my fair share of success and setbacks but have learnt that when you lose, do not lose the lesson. I've been part of the core team that scripted the turn-around of our organisation and rebuilt it from a one TV channel operation to India's largest music broadcast network. I'm passionate about branding and marketing and its impact on consumer behaviour. Over the years, I've bridged traditional forms of mass media with both experiential marketing & new forms of digital marketing, to build a lasting connection between the brand and end consumer. I’ve developed expertise in strategic marketing, portfolio strategy, new business development, market research, social media marketing, creative ideation and team management.
