Responsibilities: Responsible for Liaisoning with government departments & regulatory agencies to secure approvals, consents & handling existing projects from the stage of application through finalapprovals.Engaged in commercial negotiations with Town & Country Planning Department of Haryana & Punjab, H.U.D.A, P.U.D.A, NOIDA, Municipal Council of Bihar & Punjab & all concern government authorities.Doing Regular follow up with operational departments for discrepancies & other required documents.Handling all approvals, sanctions & permissions for our projects in Director Town & Country Planning Department of Haryana & Punjab, H.U.D.A, P.U.D.A, B.U.D.A, NOIDA, Bihar Rural Development Authority Bihar municipal, Punjab Municipal & all concern government & Semi -Government authoritiesCurrent Projects: The Millennium Schools, Takshila Schools, Universal Academy In various states.
