In my current role as the business leader for HCL’s Digital Business, I focus on platform solutions across Digital Marketing & eCommerce, Digital Process Automation and Integration. I work with different brands across verticals including Retail & CPG, Manufacturing, Technology , Financial Services and LSH to help them strategize and implement right digital foundation that can be scaled to deliver connected experience across different touch points within a customer/partner journey. I enjoy working with our customers in understanding their business challenges and aligning right digital transformation road map to help them achieve their business and engagement KPI’s.
