• Department personnel's management and monitoring;• Service quality control;• Controlling the budget of third-party service provider and determination of the company service charges;• Full chain control involved in department activities; Duties and responsibilities of the department:SALES• Communication with customers;• Preparing and signing contracts with customers; • Receiving enquiries, making calculations for required transportations (air, sea, road freights and multimodal transportations) and sending offers to the customers;• Consulting and helping customers in shipment planning;OPERATIONS• Checking correctness of provided documentation and helping in correction if necessary; • Planning and monitoring shipment during full rout till the final cargo delivery;• Task distribution between team members for each shipment and quality monitoring;FINANCE • Budget planning for new shipments;• Preparation of weekly financial reports for every upcoming, ongoing and completed jobs; • Preparing and providing invoice to the customers.
