Earl of Sandwich: Fully responsible for all aspects of operations in the U.S. and Canada. Earl of Sandwich has a diverse collection of restaurants with locations ranging from Disney properties, the Vegas Strip, airports, travel centers, and traditional franchise locations.

Responsible for:• Working shoulder to shoulder with the team, producing record breaking comp sales and all-time high EBITDA.• Multiple franchise task force project management initiatives, (1200 franchise locations, US & Canada).• Developing high performing teams and trusting relationships.• Full P&L accountability.
