● As a recruitment specialist, I had to provide the suitable candidates to employers (client companies) according to their specific job profile requirement. ● Searching job seeking candidates CV from job portals and from our own databank and sharing the same with our respective client companies, also shortlisting candidates and scheduling their interviews. ● I had to conduct tests and do initial interview with job seekers, shortlist few candidates to present to the employers and match candidates to appropriate jobs. ● I was supposed to maintain relationships with employers (client companies) to offer them our services on a long-term basis. I was also responsible to share feedback of the employers with these candidates.
