The application serves as a supplemental tool to collections software to help managers and owners run their business.Assisted in project managing the initial build, MVP release and iterative development process of the application. Conducted usability tests with current clients as well as sales demonstrations to perspective clients. Worked with engineering team to release features and conducted data analysis on the impact of those features on the product. Provided on-site customer support and assumed the role as subject matter expert for the product.

Raised capital to purchase a former nightclub space and renovate into a 7000sqft 2-story restaurant. Worked as project manager during $1.4MM renovation then transitioned into management when the business first opened. Responsible for the hiring, training and management of 45 employees. Assisted in creation of all business documentation: operating procedures, employee manuals, etc. Grossed $3.2MM first year of business and acclaimed Buffalo's "Best New Restaurant 2013".
