While leading an 7-member TMT research specialist team, I am exploring investment trends, generating new investment ideas and conducting detailed forward-looking research projects. Assessing key market and technological developments. I am also playing a key role in Stakeholder management. Working closely with business leaders to fully understand the investment strategy and outlook across the range of Equity products and managing all stakeholders’ expectations. Maintaining a regular dialogue with external industry analysts and Investee’s management group (CXO group) on operational performance and growth strategies to scout new investment ideas; Liaising with other functional departments across FIL to drive cross-divisional projects; Leading many strategic initiatives to achieve better performance on our global products; Conducting knowledge sharing sessions for internal and cross-functional teams to drive investment team priorities.
