_______________________________________________ I am commercial lawyer and specialist mediator who has also had the benefit of more than a decade in the retail industry as owner of several hospitality businesses. In addition to my commercial legal practise I have a special interest in the hospitality industry and for 7 years was also the legal columnist for "foodService", a national monthly magazine for the hospitality industry. I am accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a Specialist in Mediation and also hold accreditation under the National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS).
