• Formulated a process-cum-material flow model in MS Excel on self-initiative – shared within organisation – highly useful for accuracy, saving working time and creating options for reiteration
• Represented India, as invited speaker, in roundtable conference of BRIC countries at Araxa, Brasil, in 2013
• Evolved process design for optimized sizing of technological units for expansion project of a major public sector steel company for overall investment of about 10 billion USD and gave numerous presentations to C-suite
• Invented process model for optimal utilisation of in-plant gases to reduce dependence on external fuel leading to direct reduction in production costs
