In my earlier role as Operation Manager, I have led a team size of 150+ customer service associates delivering voice and back-office services for a large U.K. Insurance client. As an area of passion, I personally trained 100+ Quality Analysts on 7 QC tools. Also trained the Operational SMEs on the Quality Framework. I am, myself, Green Belt certified from Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore. My diverse experience of over 22 years in Operations and Quality has helped me grow into a well-rounded professional who takes pride in the outcomes achieved and continues to look for new challenges.
