Project teams are comprised of employees from different levels of organisation (starting with back office analysts and ending with senior managers and directors of locations).Experienced with cooperating with / reporting to organisation's senior management (e.g. presenting project status on an executive committee held for respective business line).Able to develop a high-impact project communication (e.g. messages distributed to around 4500 employees globally).Great supporter and practitioner of project management efficiency and simplicity. Positively challenges existing processes, sparking further changes within own working environment.Knows and can apply various project management methods and frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
