Part-time position during maternity leave, where I served as a member of the management team, working on employee education and development projects, as well as client relationship management.Adexpres, s.r.o. became part of the company Dentsu Aegis Network and was integrated into the international digital agency Iprospect.

Led a team of 20 account managers ranging from junior to senior levels, providing digital media services and procurement for our clients. As a member of middle management, I also focused on establishing processes within a rapidly growing startup and cultivating corporate culture. I was responsible for overseeing the team's education and development in both soft and hard skills, ensuring exceptional performance and fostering client relationships.

In my role, I focused on strategic planning and client management. I was dedicated to building strong, day-to-day client relationships with major accounts such as Philips, Hero, Sazka, leveraging extensive product and service knowledge to drive client success. This included executing effective communication strategies, managing project timelines and budgets, achieving both team and client KPIs, participating in new business pitches, and coordinating invoicing and payments while providing clients with accurate plan updates.
