Stores Function 1. Manage the stores staff and their roster 2. Ensure the correct stores procedures are carried out by the store men 3. Receiving of goods 4. Report any damage goods 5. Take action on the damage parts 6. Ensure bin location are updated correctly 7. Parts are stored safe and correctly on the shelves 8. Ensure that the FIFO system is used 9. Placing of orders 10. Follow up on orders 11. Present weekly & monthly reports 12. Review stock Min/Max levels 13. Conduct quarterly stock takes
