I started my career in the data analyst industry, as an event marketing intern, and were given me opportunity to meet up with new people and learned managing skill, I immediately realized that I can communicate with people and I wanted to further develop client communication skill.Therefore, I have joined the education industry as Marketing Executive. In this industry, I have been given the chance to attend various roadshows to promote and provide counselling to parents and students, education agents, and counsellors. Besides, I have been given a place where I can utilize my marketing skill to plan and implement the marketing plan. From there, I have deep into specialized my marketing skill by joining a marketing agency as Account Executive. I have used my client communication skill, management skill and marketing skill to better serve the clients which have assigned to me. Because the agency company I joined have their production, from here I was able to observe and visualize the flow from idea of a campaign to be formulated then pitch to client, and POSMs went to production and place it at the market. I do enjoy the process of this but I just never stop expanding my capability. Therefore I have continued to further my career from the front end to the back end. I have interested to understand how people support the company to ensure its effectiveness of the company.Now, I'm a Business Support Operation Specialist working to provide expertise and analysis to assist the company in the process of improving the business and better serving clients and making the company operations more efficient. I enjoy creating new ideas and devising feasible solutions to broadly relevant problems. I would describe myself as result driven, open-minded and resourceful individual who maintains a positive, proactive attitude when faced with adversity.
