Diversified Business Group (Financial Services including Private Equity, Investment Management, Securities Brokerage, Insurance, and Peer-to-Peer lending)- Establish close relationships with key business stakeholders in transforming the business with data-driven performance culture- Translate corporate strategy blueprint into functional Strategic Objectives, Key Performance Indicator, and individual goals of approximately 200 employees during goal setting phase- Conduct periodic performance appraisal to gather data and deliver performance report- Review and analyze performance data required in delivering Performance Report to Board of Directors to ensure alignment between business productivity with individual contributions- Develop performance dashboard to Board of Directors as part of performance monitoring tools
