I Started as a Leasing Consultant in 2010, immediately filling 12 vacant suites within a two week period plus adding a waiting list. I Developed core values as a sales person with exceptional customer service skills. Through the excellent suite rental and resident retention standing at 99% monthly we were able to increase market rents three times in a total of one year with an overall average of roughly 20%. I quickly rose to the top Leasing Consultant of my company scoring awards, and wide spread recognition. I then was promoted to Property Manager shortly after my Leasing career excelled. As manager I oversaw a complete staff, handled every aspect of building operations, tackled budgeting as well as cap ex renovation projects from start to finish.
