Strategic management of senior-level client relationships beyond the day-to-day operations. I am responsible for client retention by maintaining strong client relationships and identifying additional new growth opportunities with existing clients. Assessing and managing the risk associated with clients, as well as meeting and exceeding client and company goals for each account, targets and objectives. In addition, I serve as a customer escalation point of contact within the Client Services group.

As Marketing Director of Bay Area DKI, my role includes business development and brand development, while striving to stay on top of latest trends and needs of the insurance industry. My most important function and passion is providing excellent Customer Service to my clients.
