Kara comes from a unique background previously sitting in IBM's Chief Information Office working in Global Indirect Tax Technology / Systems. In coordination with agile practices, Kara has proven success in analyzing business needs, translating requirements into deployable solutions, and performing user acceptance testing to validate and ensure quality of such solutions. Kara has also worked with application developers in identifying and implementing robotic process automation converting manual, tedious processes into automated solutions. With the use of agile tools and methodologies, Kara takes an iterative approach to develop and deploy robust solutions in conjunction with identifying areas for process optimization. Her understanding of the demands of the business and need for orderliness and accuracy enable Kara to deliver business value. Kara has delivered Finance Data Transformation Strategy for clients focusing on data strategy definition, governance, privacy, and transformation roadmap. Kara is also instrumental in developing the data offering for the Global Finance Transformation practice.
