“Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world.”And that’s what I tend to forget sometimes, is that what I need to accomplish my dreams and goals lives deep within at this very moment. Learning to remain patient while keeping the passion ignited in order to reach my goals is an ongoing process. Challenging, but not impossible and is something that I’ve taken head on. I am a business owner that has a passion for graphic design, web designing, video production, and editing. Seeing my work come into fruition for my clients from other small businesses and organizations has always been a dream of mine. Currently, I am in the middle of a transition from teaching Special Education to starting my career in tech. I take my career path and choices very seriously. I started receiving training to learn what all entails being a sales representative. My training is still complemented with hopes of being promoted to a graphic design or video specialist position. This is when I remember that the strength and patience that I need is already within. In my personal time I take the time to perfect my craft and use the necessary resources to grow my business. This looks like designing flyers, editing pictures, and filling out grant applications for small businesses. Aside from professional work I love watching basketball especially during the playoffs and catching up on my favorite tv shows on Netflix.
