I'm a coach, advisor, facilitator, community builder and intrapreneur-turned-entrepreneur. My work draws on both my broad international experience within the corporate world and my deep passion for working with people who want to make the world a better place. ---- More about my story: I spent the first 10+ years of my career as a management consultant and HR leader within large global organizations. Working across the UK, US, Switzerland and beyond, I focused on organizational change management, leadership development, the future of work, diversity & inclusion, integrated talent management and the employee experience. A two-time One Young World Ambassador, I became convinced of the need to funnel our human potential into solving the major societal challenges of our time - going beyond the status quo of how things are done today. I mobilized communities of social intrapreneurs around the world via the Circle of Intrapreneurs and co-founded a grassroots movement focused on generational inclusion within a large global corporation.Through my own experience and in connecting with others, I saw that striving to make a difference can often be unsustainable. Not only are the external challenges real, but often changemakers are so focused on their mission that they neglect their most important resource: themselves. This can stop them from being able or willing to keep going in their important work. I also saw the amazing potential that emerges when these changemakers actively show up as their full selves, make choices that energize them, and bring others along with them. I co-founded FUL Coaching with the aim to translate these experiences and insights into tangible, actionable support for changemakers.
