Take orders and make any changes needed by the customer. Make sure in stock products are pulled and update customer if changes are needed. Taking care of the customer is our priority. ASDS/HR Interview and hire new associates Training for current and new associates Writing schedules for the storeBuilding relationships with associates and assist on balance between associates and management. Work directly with the store manager Make the training room inviting and comfortable. COS - I work with all department associates to ensure their customers orders &/or installs are fulfilled or installed in a timely manner. Multitasking & prioritizing daily or hourly depending on the day.Develop & maintain professional customer, vendor & service provider relationships.Resolve customer issues with product or installs & make sure all the proper installs are attached to each job. Accurately track returns and make sure the store gets credit for product received damaged or incorrect, Follow up with customers on any issues until everything is resolves. Help the other departments with any issues they have with customers, installers or the computer system. Process RGA's, help at the service desk, paint, appliances and any other area needing assistance, Provide the best customer service to our customers daily & work closely with the other associates to make shopping at the Home Depot a positive experience for our customers.
