Hired as the VP of Operations to plan, design, develop and implement a suite of applications geared towards the Substance Use and Behavioral Health industry. Managing the content and build process from concept inception through implementation, my team produced an integrated, multi-faceted set of applications which was quickly embraced by the industry after MVP was rolled out in late 2017. This position provided an opportunity to leverage my cumulative experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, software development, business analysis, training, project management and operations. Working as both a leader, subject matter expert and a hands-on contributor the development team was able to substantially expand the KIPU’s portfolio of products providing solutions to clients that support operations, business development, pre-admission, acute care and post discharge space. CRM Applications built included the following systems: Verification of Benefits, Referral Network Management, SEO & Traditional Campaign & Marketing tracking, Prospect Tracking, Pre-Admission Assessment and Industry Specific Analytics using Sisense. Currently product has over 2400 unique users and more than 100 unique clients in Canada, England and the United States.• Developed and maintained product roadmap, created, managed and maintained product backlog in traditional Agile development environment serving as Product Owner and Scrum Master. Advanced the CRM’s appeal by leading API integration to EMR, 3rd party marketing vendor applications• Created implementation protocols, artifacts and processes. Trained implementation and support staff. Provided client facing workflow consultation, process re-engineering pre and post implementation. Analyzed and shepherded client data migrations from legacy systems.
