From my early days as a classroom teacher to becoming an instructional coach, and curriculum administrator/compliance checking, I've honed my skills in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments.I have sought specialised training from renowned educators and institutions to ensure I stay at the forefront of educational excellence. I have completed training in Explicit Direct Instruction from Joe Ybarra and have received training in Professor Lea Water's Visible Wellbeing approach. Additionally, I expanded my knowledge through Harvard Online Learning, completing Data Wise: A Collaborative Process to Improve Learning & Teaching program. Moreover, I completed the AISNSW Literacy and Numeracy Action Plan, further enhancing my ability to support students' academic growth.In 2022, my dedication to promoting student well-being earned me the prestigious Educators Rising Star Award.
