I have been a part of the dental community since 1994. Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to work with several successful practices. I started my career as a Dental Assistant and continued to further my career through continuing education and building my skill set as a chairside assistant. In 2003, I expanded my knowledge and began to work as a front office administrator and supervisor. I was determined to take my love and passion for dentistry and knowledge to a whole other level through education. I accomplished my goal and received a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Health Care Management. I soon realized that the dental industry lacked front office and management training. I started an on-line education course through the State of Colorado and was endorsed by the Health and Occupation Department of Education in 2010. I began to expand and take that knowledge partnering with dental offices in the Denver Metro Area, and am currently working at a national level with offices throughout the country providing dental coaching and consulting. Dental Training Solutions has grown and because of that growth we now have three Partnering Consultants ready to serve.
