As a Quality Control Microbiologist at Roebic Laboratories for over 11 years, I have been responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products, which are used for wastewater treatment and septic system maintenance. I have performed various microbiological tests and analyses, documented and reported the results, and maintained the laboratory equipment and supplies. I have also contributed to the development and improvement of our quality assurance procedures and standards, and supported the training and supervision of new staff members. I have a strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, which I use to create and present reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders. I have also demonstrated my teamwork skills by collaborating with other departments, such as production, research and development, and customer service, to ensure the satisfaction and retention of our clients.
