As of March 2023 my role includes Vendor Manager for a supporting partner, including offshore and onshore management, controls and consulting for a large financial institution.

Currently supporting operations for multiple leveraged and P&L lines of business. Seasoned leader in all Call Center metrics such as Quality, Average Handle Time, Schedule Adherence, Attendance, call skilling and including but not limited to inside sales. Lead a team of 8 Supervisors and 169 staff.

Call Center Supervisor I then II for multiple lines of business.

Provided supervision support to 30 plus Insulin Pump Sales Specialists/Assistants and 3-4 Referral Coordinators including 2 Team Leads; while ensuring monthly revenue goals were met and exceeded. This includes supervising up to 3-4 out of state Sales Specialists and 1 Team Lead. Progressive growth and experience as a front-line Analyst, Team Lead, Supervisor, inside manufacturing Partner Liaison and inside Physician/Account Executive Liaison; including interpreting Medicare and private insurance regulations to create Corporate-wide policies, procedures and documentation. Communicated daily with direct business partners and upper management to uphold integrity and quality of CCS Medical’s outstanding DME service.
