I work for VoxxAutomotive (under VOXX International Corp) and we supply various automotive solutions directly to Automotive Manufacturers (like GM, Ford, Toyota and so forth). My position is Project Engineering Manager, and the main responsibility for me is to communicate and collaborate with the vendors in Taiwan/China (as I am based in Taiwan) . I support development, lead and coordinate project plans across our own team and vendors. I manage cross-functional meetings and drive cross-functional programs from design to launch. I am also responsible for any other project related matters like product testing, manufacturing audits, quality inspection, design reviews and so forth.* I have 10+ years of project management experience, especially with cross-functional teams and communication, and is able to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup. I can effectively manage the project deliverables and factory build events.* I have the ability to drive for result, manage changes, handle conflicts, and resolve complicated issues.* I have strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin.* I have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment* I can work effectively with senior management and a good team player.* I am detail oriented.* I am self-motivated, proactive, and have solid critical problem-solving capabilities.* Experienced with JIRA and Confluence for project summary and issue tracking.
