Information Analyst - Gmac AccountEds Jul 1999 - May 2004Houston, Texas, UsAt GMAC Real Estate I was responsible for support of Access XP applications running over a Citrix connection that deals with accounts receivables, accounts payable, franchising fees and contracts, printing of statements, and several other specialized applications. The systems perform nightly processing using VB script, Access XP cycle database, and Windows scheduler. I also supported three web sites dealing with Referral Tracking, Customer Relationship Management, and Member news and document sharing. One of the web sites receives nightly XML loads sourced from an Access XP database. I also supported GMAC Real Estates ETR systems. The ETR system allows the Franchisees to report their real estate transactions in a more timely manner. The system takes in XML feeds from back office systems and processes the data into a SQL 2000 database. There are various reporting and monitoring tools that we’ve built to keep the system in check.
